Refund and Cancellation Policy for Stopover @ Muziris
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.
1. Cancellation Policy
Homestay Reservations:
- Cancellations made more than 3 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date will be charged for one night’s stay.
Restaurant Reservations:
- Cancellations for restaurant reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel a reservation, please contact us at stopovermuziris@gmail.com or call us at +91 9447666216 with your booking details.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 1 - 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid for all cancellations.
